Derek Peever's Corporate Biography 
Derek is a brilliant new age entrepreneur with a vivid picture painted in his mind of what the future holds for PeeverConn Properties. Having excelled in the marine industry over the past eight years, Derek is now pursuing his true passion in life full time; the business and real estate ventures of PeeverConn Properties. Derek has an incredible appetite for knowledge in the fields of self improvement, real estate, business, and has adopted a lifelong learning attitude. With over 40 real estate transactions under his belt in the past four years, Derek continues to produce stellar results for investors and the superior management of PeeverConn Properties assets. Derek regularly takes time to teach people entering the market and to educate people on the particulars of real estate joint ventures; empowering people and making a positive difference in the community. Derek is an active member of the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) and Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce. Derek attributes much of his accelerated success to surrounding himself with like minded positive individuals as well as the in depth research and support provided by the REIN group and his mentors. Carson Conn's Corporate Biography 
Carson is a highly driven entrepreneur and real estate investor with over 6 years experience in both business and self employment. He was born in Vancouver and spent all of his childhood and teenage years in Pitt Meadows, B.C. Currently Carson resides in Abbotsford, B.C but considers all of the Lower Mainland to be a region of endless opportunity. In 2005, Carson made a life changing decision to enter to the world of entrepreneurship with the launching of his first company Curb Canada Landscape Borders Inc. Shortly after in 2006 he partnered with his long time friend Derek Peever to develop a business which would drastically improve the financial well being of the people that surrounded them. With that came the creation of PeeverConn Properties Inc which purchased its first property in Agassiz, B.C and has since grown into a portfolio of over 40 positive cash flowing residential properties throughout the Lower Mainland and parts of Central Alberta. As a result of the companies accelerated success Carson has been featured in various newspaper articles and also the Canadian Real Estate Magazine. Carson’s role within PeeverConn Properties consists of the entire companies branding as well as sourcing new investment properties and keeping investors up date to date on current market conditions and port folio performance. He is the head of marketing and takes pride in ensuring the organization stands out from the crowd while being recognized in the community as a reputable investment and rental property organization. He utilizes advanced strategies when sourcing investment properties to ensure that the company is offering some of the most exclusive investment opportunities to their investors. Carson regularly attends seminars and is an active member of the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) to which he owes much of his success to.
